Without knowing much about EMV it sounds like it is for mobile scanning in the field? There is no reason for a machine like that to be used in ED when the ED’s have excellent standard CTs at their fingertips. The resolution for a mobile scanner is inevitably going to be lower, so it’d be used in the field to detect large vessel occlusions which may be amenable to giving thrombolysis, and/or ARG-007 in the field. But for more intricate detail will always need to use the hospitals CT, or MRI if available.
Without knowing much about EMV it sounds like it is for mobile...
