Legal system is strange in Australia. How can a judge make the decision he has, doesn't make logical sense. Shares are sold in march and date of closure is october 15.
If i make a massive mistake at work and it effects hundreds of people, i would be sacked, never seen a judge sacked.
For anz to use this legal flaw to its advantaged is wrong. If i had a loan with anz i would be scared, as they will do anything for money, and sell everything from under you, if its legal and they choose too.
Doesn't management understand that once banks lose public confidence they are gone, people withdraw there money and they are in effect dead. Lucky for anz we have deposit guarantee thats why anz is so brazen now.
