Because nothing is going on mate. The constant exuses for not following through with purchases or delaying them, red flag for complete bull$h*t. Lifestyle company without a doubt.
At best this board is incompetant but I'm all but sure there's something a lot dodgier going on here and how the hell they havn't been voted out is beyond me.
A$*c should have gone through these guys long ago. Id bet my bottom dollar this latest "acquisition" wont follow through either, their excuse for the delay is laughable.
