I like your enthusiasm but but i am confident you cant design and build an operational plant inclusive of well head, separators, tanks, flare, pipe runs, power generation etc, not to mention approvals from government, this would take a few years at best. Perhaps they could have a temporary pilot/testing plant or something in a 6+ month time frame if there are options like that? Remember it takes 9 -12 months to build a house with 4 walls and a roof. IMO if MAY can get a good result from Zapato and relocate the rig to Alameda ready with long lead items to drill and flow test I will be very happy with the progress for this year.
