I'm actually a Liberal voter and business owner, I just demand quality outcomes and believe that the customer should have the right to a quality product or service. Now where its foreseeable a customer could lack the expertise to tell good from bad, I think there should be protections or a safety net in place to put right a bad situation?
From me the answer is pretty simple for businesses/tradies, do a good job and you should be rewarded for it. Do a bad one and see you later.
