20/20 (aka hindsight bias) going on here. Bet the majority of 'dog' callers here failed to short it. It was so very obvious that most didn't profit... right? No bet, no claim.
All we really know is that the price has been hammered and that, probably, the 'alternative' assets it holds (not the liabilities) are safer than property nowadays.
Cash, however, is not king. Inflation is high, so stocks are king. Only which ones?
