Bullish, I don't agree it was a formality. This is reflected in the share price, from 1.5 down to .9. I think there may have been a likelihood that something would eventually be approved, but the market hates risk. This is a major milestone in my view, and gives the opportunity to MHM to demonstrate to Alcoa and others the real world working of their process - again not a formality, even though holders are confident. I think it still may be a grind over the next six months, but I hold because I do think we will get "there"! good luck all.
