Cars maybe, houses less likely I would say. APT's advantage and appeal is that is 100% free to the customer (assuming paying on time). They make their money from the seller, who needs to be incentivised to use the platform. A car dealer who might get a sale may give up 4% merchant fee but I'm not sure many people would do that selling a house
