Affordability issues are cash flow issues in these markets not solvency issues. APT is perfect for that. Half the world lives in Asia. As much of the world lives in S America as Europe. These markets are unbanked and underserved no matter what the income levels. This is the kind of solution my industry is crying out for across emerging markets. All it needs is a degree of income verification and this is a golden ticket.
Emerging markets are much more in wealth creation mode than Developed world which is more in wealth preservation or debt creation mode.
