That is a fair point when you compare what those companies are today. But remember, they weren't alway the behemoths that they are today. I am making the comparison of where APT could become. When I first dabbled in Amazon and Apple shares, I couldnt imagine that they will be able to leverage their vision, execution into so many different money making avenues. I sold out of those very cheaply and always said that they were too expensive.Lots of analysts talked about how expensive the shares were. I promised myself to not make those mistakes again.
Don't alter my lifesyle based on the shareprice appreciation and sell when management execution starts to wane. Let time itself can be a generator of wealth.
