My exit strategy is unique to my situation. I currently hold 2849 units at an average price of $9. Im 27years old and have a $450,000 mortgage. I plan to sell when I can pay $400,000 off the house after CGT so $175 a share.
In saying this, I’ve been holding since 2017 based off business fundamentals achieving the outstanding expectations and growth. If that changes I will sell.
