TRUMP takes close ownership of the stock market.
He knows that if the deal is not done, the market crashes, and he wears that blame.
TRUMP also wants this deal done so that he can look like the hero who made this deal with CHINA happen before elections.
He wouldnt come out tweeting that the deal is close, 3 days before TARIFFS are set to be applied, if the deal wasnt going to be signed.
That is the only thing holding APPEN back right now, no one wants to be caught holding if the market crashes.
