Sacking JF and the current BOD is NOT the answer in my opinion. The answer is, reassign JF and co to directors of the product development wing of SPL, they need to bring on board a team that is competent and has runs on the board for taking a product out of the lab and into the marketplace! No doubt JF has been great for SPL to date, however to date it has all been about product development, not commercialisation. She now has 3 major events that shows she does not have the requisite expertise to get these products to mariet successfully. Make no mistake, there is no conspiracies here, the 3 negative announcements that SPL have put out around reg authorities came about due to incompetence at the SPL side of the fence. Reg authorities set goal posts and clear rules. SPL have obviously not complied with the requirements or rules and therefore we have these authorities issueing the fines and trial result questions.
