I doubt it. Whoever is behind it expects to receive millions of shares via some kind of placement I guess. Until such arrangement is made public, expect the same smack down to continue.
It would be disappointing for us to be raising at this price. Better to pursue 100% debt financing from KFW bank than issue 100 million shares for AUD$20 million (US$15.4 million) on a 80:20 debt to equity arrangement.
