Hi Red,
"impending" is a relative term - are you thinking the partnership will be formalised at the end of the scoping study, or the end of the DFS, when ARL & consortium make a FID? I am assuming that in paying for the DFS, the consortium and ARL will enter into partnership . . irrespective of the final decision in 2025.
