I see the same scenario, though don't know how things will play out time wise. I tend to be 3-4 years ahead of the market, and been into ARL for a little over 2 years. Hoping to see the deal sometime in 2020, but give it about a 50/50 as I am conservative in my projections. Was just wondering if you had some inside insight that gave you more confidence, as you seem pretty deep into it. Thanks for your response and input.
