Do you believe that the Qld Govt. will look strategically and politically inept to apply a timing extension in respect to the following ? , did they not know as at June/July 2020 the potential COVID-19 risks; in my opinion your favoured LT Nickel company will be closer to 1c rather than 2c by YE - it would be politically nonsensical for the current Govt. to apply Sconi an extension - did they not understand the timing risks of the current health pandemic, how much more public funds will they waste to 'red-tape' another time-frame change ...
"By 31 December this year, Australian Mines will also have to obtain sufficient approved financing for the Sconi project and make its final investment decision, and to have appointed an engineering, procurement management contractor for the project."
