    Grant Thornton has been appointed as voluntary administrator of stricken steel group Arrium, Street Talk understands.
    Arrium will announce its decision at 830 am on Thursday, sources said.
    It's understood Grant Thornton managing partner Paul Billingham is overseeing the job.
