Yes, that’s a large percentage being 66%, and then given the offtake, without certainty but typically the balance 33% will be then processed through China. Hence, probably why HAS had no choice but to continued with the offtake.
Either way, in this geopolitical climate it’s not good to be placing any rare earth through China, as they will also miss out on any support as it becomes available. Ie leaving them in a vulnerable position (with eastern spot price). I think twiggy would like that though…easy pick up for him.
About 18 months ago, I also invested in HAS, but on diving deeper, quickly divested.
