I really can’t see that as a valid excuse. The Chairman has lifted the blackout period earlier this month and bought shares. So did Director Basser.
It’s poor leadership for the CEO to not have bought straight away, let alone remaining a non-holder 2 weeks later.
And the fact that board member David McIntyre (appointed March 2020) owns a paltry Starpharma shareholding worth around $2273 is nothing short of a total insult to long-suffering retail shareholders!
