We have hotcopper posters hassling the court officials about things the court already know and understand. It's ridiculous. Let the court process run. If ASIC are late to file something, do you really think the judge doesn't know?
I was going to say that it's like a parent running on field to instruct the umpire at a kid's soccer game, but it's not. It's more like a kid running on field to yell at the umpire in a professional soccer game. Posters who are working off internet reports wasting court time to point out things that the professionals are doing.
