Defamation is always a difficult one to prosecute. If someone comes come onto HC and Twitter and says management are useless and the company is over hyped then that's not really
an issue. We can disagree but it's not really defamatory. I kind of ignore the super down rampers and super up rampers.
The company has a timeline and if management go off that or do or say strange things then I'll be worried
