GH have you thought about contacting Media Watch/ABC They might like a story like this and would be able to ask questions that if answered untruthfully would have more serious repercussions. This Joe Aston is not well liked by serious journalists I am sure so this type of behavior if proved correct may just be the nail in his coffin.
I have already contacted them about the biased and unsubstantiated media reports and asked them to look into it. No result but the more info and requested they get cannot hurt.
