    So my take on it is:

    The hanlong dude buys a stake in SDL but SDL drops way bellow the price he paid so he thinks i know i will make an offer on SDL

    He also thinks hey the family can get in on the act and buy before i make the ann to market

    i still hold some shares so not happy but like to know what the go is
