I actually don't think it would go back to 2 cents. Over 25% of the company has been traded since the announcement. For it to drop back a lot of very large companies would need to lose a lot of money. Given the clean up of the register and the now interest in the assets I would expect that another suitor would consider purchasing it or a hedge fund would take it off market then split it up for it valued parts. If you work on the idea that the price has to go back to pre MIN offer then you are assuming that all those shares that have been traded will change hands again or they all bank a loss.
