TT, it might be time to put the conch shell down and take a few deep breaths.
There were similar delays in the past getting other reentries spudded, I expect for the same reasons as now. Its pretty common to have to manage objectors be it enviro, native title or just plain NIMBYs. This is all standard fare in the world of bureaucracy and redtape. Ive never seen any company communciate the minutia of these processes.
As frustrating as it is at present, I see no reason think that anything has fallen over, it's all just working through the slow turning wheels of bureaucracy.
