Based on past form I would think both HNR & NMT SHs will be offered an entry to the Critical Resources IPO. Both CR & DH seem to have a high regard for existing and especially LT SHs rewarding them with divis & gratis stock along the way like WIN (well at least with NMT). What impresses me about the management is that they are not about lifestyle & the cafe latte crowd of so many other small caps (or big caps eg AMP) - they are focused and strategically driven to get results for SHs (including their own substantial holdings).
Congrats to all SHs as 2022 will be a cracker of a year!
