interesting point which I wanted to talk about too. ltr requires a small amount of debt funding in fact, which in my opinion it's not a big deal for the bigger picture. thinking about other hopeful near term producers, how would they secure equity and debt fundings nowadays? I mean not impossible but higher cost too and takes longer. as a result, supply comes online even slower.
