Well done and I applaud your sentiment.
However, if a hostile suitor were to acquire anything over 90% of the SOI, then the remaining percentage would be forfeited to the purchaser. The only say those remaining would have is when to cash their cheques.
If a SoA were implemented, then it might even be easier to acquire, admittedly with the extra hoops to jump through - just a formality and no big deal.
Reference: AGO (Atlas Iron: Hostile) and AZS (Azure: SoA) where HC rebellious AGO hold outs (moi), were just steam rolled and in the end, went belly up.
