Runner, That announcement was the one too look out for as far as technology goes. The Phase 2/3 they refer to is a done deal. This drug is back from 1972, so the phase 2/3 is just getting the ducks in a row for FDA. Short and sweet.

The international panel will help avoid costly delays and bring on board expertise for phase 3 trials. Also when the makeup of the panel is announced should put some credibility into the project.


Phase 2/3 Diclofenac to start this quarter. Should be short and sweet. We pretty much have a certainty on two blockbuster drugs. POH can do all opiates so US$7 billion in opiates and US$1 billion for diclofenac up for grabs.

These resulst put a floor under stories of an Asia deal and a US/Europe deal. Plenty of evidence regarding OXY=TPM for a big player to cut a deal here. That will start the clock for 15 years patenet protection I would think. That is GOLD.

We also have phase 2/3 Insulin trials this year. Not many Bio's have this sort of pipeline.

The big sleeper if Cellulite Reduction Cosmetic under development. Should be announcement reagrding formulation and initial trials coming in soon. These tgrials are not pharmaceutical gvradde trials.

If trials are successful they should have Cellulite Reduction Cream on market second half of this year.

Plenty to keep our eyes glued on this company.
