Just listening to a broadcast on Melbourne radio which included a radio guest commenting on how over governed Australia is now . Cannot but agree with local , state and federal govt. PLUS all the well paid Public Servants in each jurisdiction . Australia has around 26 million people and the question is can we really afford to have so many snouts in the trough ? To change the existing system of multiple governments and public service duplication it will only change with pressure from the general public as there is no way those feeding off the public purse will do anything to upset the status quo . interested to have other contributors opinion .
