Teachers union is the most militant feminist left wing in Australia. Straight men do not survive in it long. Teachers got them self best working conditions in the whole country. Mantra is we need to be paid well to teach well. And we need plenty of rest from our most stressful job. Changes must start from teachers. Teachers performance measured by having quarterly test in all classes. Short test to see if last 3 month subject have been learned. That will show up non performing teachers. Teachers that are doing exceptional well must be rewarded.
