Correct me if I'm wrong but is Coinspot double dipping on fees...

Correct me if I'm wrong but is Coinspot double dipping on fees or is this normal behaviour?
For instance CryptoCompare has a coin listed, for arguments sake, Litecoin at $54.00, Coinspot listed at $57.20 (around7%) and then when you buy they add an additional fee of 3%. Seems expensive!
