Strongly doubt MLX/WGR will takeover ADN. The only asset of interest would be Rover, therefore an asset sale would be the most likely option IMO
Expecting a sale of ADN's Rover in cash ($2-3m?), or scrip, or a combination of the two
A real pity ADN couldn't get that Peninsula float away, things would have turned out a lot different
