Agree that's what should happen, but it's not happening in this market
Name me one junior-mid cap deal in the past 12-18 months where the target has received a good fair price for their assets, or the company as a whole? I can't think of one. For example, SLR just picked up PRH's assets for an absolute steal. PRH had no option
With ADN's cash balance dwindling, they would be mad to raise equity with the share price where it is
So to monetise Rover for $2-3m could be the best avenue to raise capital in a difficult market. ADN may have no option either
