I do see your point in ADN's need for cash. But if they are any good they should be able to leverage the situation as it stands. ADN's portion of Rover 1 is virtually completely derisked due to WGR's proposed development. Of course no one else would pay proper money for Rover 1, but for WGR, on the books, it would still make sense at many multiples of $20 per oz. There are two sides to every sale.
I would prefer ADN find other options to raise money than $20. In about 5 years time this ore is likely to be sitting under an operating plant with a decline running straight by it. How much will it be worth then?
