I would suggest that the vast majority other 145 have significant property holdings directly or vicariously through corporate structures, trusts or family members.

To be fair, the original post was qualified as being from selective...er...quick reading :)

Investing in property requires patience and perspective.....traits that I would expect most of the 200 have or their parents had :)

The qualities needed to trade the pennies don't easily convert to property investment but are great in grabbing for straws of knowledge.
