Beautiful Jd. Yes, it will either go ahead or not. We just try to reduce the risk of the "or not" and increase the chance of the "will go ahead." We read, we calculate, we defer to the opinions of those with experience. And in the end we do or do not take the risk. So IMO that risk has shrunk and I'm happy. Yes, I did get excited about 25 by 25 but that would have been three dozen scoops of ice cream with my slice of apple pie.
