I feel BFS is being delayed due to reasonable & management / operational reasons . Reading the off take agreement terms, " _{SK Innovation is to be granted an option to subscribe for up to 669,000,000 shares in Australian Mines at 12 Australian cents per share subject to Australian Mines obtaining shareholder approval for the entire issue of the options.. The share option agreement terms expire three months after the date of delivery of Sconi Project Bankable Feasibility Study by Australian Mines. Again, such options and/or shares will be issued subject to Australian Mines obtaining shareholder approval for the options and the requirements of the Australian Securities Exchange and other Australian laws."}

Three month period starts immediately after the BFS is released . I guess it's good that management & potential finance partners are working on it along with SKI . It might be a simple case of SKI saying we will write a check for required $80mn in January or Feb so can you delay the release of BFS & in the meantime finalise the finance terms .

From the latest media article in AFR , AUZ Posts & announcements it doesn't seems like they are off track except few months delay which is reasonable for such bigger deals .

Although , the delay has costed me in opportunity profit as i liquidated one of my stagnant biotech stocks in early September to top up AUZ ( as it was declining) & got in at high 60's . Lost 50% of that decision + the Bio stock ( BD1) I liquidated from has multiplied 5 times ( 500%) .. So , one decision has costed me $210,000 in 55 days .. Expensive lesson learnt !!
How to loose $210,000 in 55 days .. Sell 3.5mn BD1 @.013 = $45,000 .. Buy 650,000 AUZ @.070 .. 55 Days Later BD1 is @.065 & AUZ @.034
