No it hasn't completely Eluded me as you say, I'm just pointing out your basic analogy of if it "cost $100 to produce and $100 to sell" its worthless theory is a joke. when every commodity on the face of the earth receives some form of a premium, deduction, credit or what ever it may be for cost of production, also can receive premiums on % grades higher/lower, how the sale contract is set up and the customers requirements needed on final product..
so that's my issue with your "simple point" as you seem to mischievously try to put it past people that this project is worthless at current prices.. without factoring in credits and premiums received... it comes to a point when commodities prices render a project to cost heavy compared to commodity prices... but we aren't at those levels yet to Toto...
