Managers spending time on social media, they not doing theirs job
BB is accused of not informing the shareholders
But he will hit the finish line IMO
I see 2 outcomes here
Get the finance and build it , or sell it as ready to mine it .
No need to have an off taker if can secure finance
Off taker can be a loss at this point as cobalt/nickel/ scandium can sky rocket.
ALL IMO
