Dilution is dilution which ever way we choose to view it. But you're right in saying that AUZ will be 19% better of financially. That won't be enough to build a mine however so there will need to be more equity/debt funding to come.
My overall point is that if/when SK invest, there will be dilution and so IMO it makes little sense taking a large position in AUZ until after that occurs.
Dilution is dilution which ever way we choose to view it. But...
