AZD0466 GLOBAL TRIAL HAS BEGAN UPDATE, page-6

AB - The AZN clinical trials of AZD0466 originally started as a Phase 1 only trial which perhaps was approaching a conclusion when the expanded global Phase 1 / 2 was announced. As I recall, there were about 10 or so active patients in the Phase 1 trial at that point. I thought AZN might issue some report from the abbreviated Phase 1 only trial, but I see no sign of one. Do you?

Also, the SPL agreement with AZN clearly marked the start of the Phase 1 trial as a milestone. The payment for that milestone was received in FY 20-21 and included in the current annual report. I don't believe it was ever stated (shareholders have few details of the AZD0466 deal) but I assumed the start of Phase 2 would also be a milestone with an appropriate payment to SPL. But I have seen no mention of a stipend even given the repeated announcements of the global Phase 1 /2 trial. Any thoughts?

I obviously appreciate the info you bring to this sight although my patience is wearing very thin!
