Are you implying that Brainchip are working on their chip under the Qualcomm initiative of Braincorp? Brainchip have mentioned collaboration with technology partners or something along those lines previously so I guess it is possible although I would assume that Qualcomm funding into their initiative would entitle them to the technology developed under their funding. Also if Brainchip were to be receiving funding from Qualcomm via this channel you would expect that to be disclosed as it would be hugely significant.
