i'm gonna nutshell this one as best as I can
in 2011 MSB had a Phase 3 product. it got mothballed, why?
it was relegated to Tier 2? okay, but it was Phase 3 - 6 years ago!
MSB had never commercialised a product, had no revenue to speak of but they mothballed it. Why?
Even if it was only Tier 2, it was closest to monetising and would have been AMAZING practice for commercialising a later Tier 1 - logisitics, supply chain, licensing, negotiating the final stages of FDA - do it on something that works but isn't stratospheric. but they mothballed it.
And now we wait, and spend... on "hopefullys"
