I am playing a wait and see game with the shortfall. Firstly I don't think that there will be many and secondly I think that they will be going to those who were eligible shareholders on 16 Oct first. And thirdly I believe that the latter will not be getting all they applied for. This I got from a mixed up explanation from the securities mob. After 5 minutes I came to the conclusion that she had no idea, hence the wait and see.
