TEX needs to do something first..drill a well or announce a deal. They do not have a good record of drilling on time. Snapper A-3 has been going to be drilled for over 18 months and the company maker Catapult for 6 months before they pulled the pin.

Snapper was to be drilled late February and now its late April and not much is happening at East Chalkley because the operator is merging with another company. I do know that they have been busy looking at a number of projects and opportunities that have presented themselves. Until we get a drill happening or a new project announced I cant imagine the price moving too far no matter what the oil price does.
