having been in this one for a long time I'd like them to hang on to Ramu and have an income stream, no matter how small. i think this will do wonders for the perception of HIG as a real company and hopefully the share price. I'm not so down on the Chinese; I think they have brought Ramu (almost) on line quite efficiently so not sure what the problem is. 'the locals' have always been a fairly disgruntled lot with periodoc rumblings.
