"But the worst has passed".......big call IMO......I think the carnage has just started?......The drops in WA are a result of Mining slowdown.....which means a drop in incomes and a more casualized work force..........this is why I think Sydney and Melbourne have taken off and by and large the rest of Australia has not......Sydney and Melbourne have most of the full time jobs......very few full time jobs are created now.......I could be wrong but who cares?......I also see no value in any investment property now....Where to from here who knows?.....I think Sydney and Melbourne will collapse under its own weight and a massive oversupply of apartments.......unless we have a big crash and recession we will go on in the same comatose state we have been in for fifteen years or more.
