The announcement from March 7 says the note holders will be paid back when the options are exercised and any that aren’t CPS will take up to $9.25 million.
All I’m saying is this reminds of AVR last year where the lower the better for the underwriters if they’re keen to buy a large amount of cheap stock that can easily double after expiry.
